Blossom Francis is currently
an Officer in the Payment Cash Management Services for State Street
Corp. In her role she manages the Federal Reserve Bank Accounts for
Boston and New York office. She ensures compliance with the Federal
Reserve Req W.
Blossom graduated from Northeastern University with a BSBA in accounting
and a certificate in Finance.
Blossom is on the steering committee for the Black Professional Group
(BPG) at State Street Corporation. She is currently the President and
Chair for AMBC, some of the previous roles she held were External VP, Director for Professional Development, Internal VP and Co-chair for AMBC. As the President and Chairman of NABA Boston Board of Directors, Avril continues to further the Organization’s mission and goals. In her spare time she enjoys gardening.
